VNCM Calendar Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Visit North Central Massachusetts (VNCM) in its mission to promote the region as a premier tourist destination. By submitting your event you are participating in this collective effort to help educate the traveling public as well as the local community of the amazing events happening in North Central. You agree that your submission is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The event submitted is occuring within the 27 communities of North Central Massachusetts: Ashburnham, Ashby, Athol, Ayer, Barre, Bolton, Clinton, Devens, Fitchburg, Gardner, Groton, Harvard, Hubbardston, Lancaster, Leominster, Lunenburg, Pepperell, Petersham, Phillipston, Princeton, Royalston, Shirley, Sterling, Templeton, Townsend, Westminster, and Winchendon.
  2. The event is focused on bringing tourists and travelers from outside of the region into North Central Massachusetts.
  3. The details of the event are accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of the submission.
  4. You retain ownership in your submission, but by making a submission you give Visit North Central Massachusetts, and those authorized by VNCM, your irrevocable perpetual permission to disseminate, modify, and use your submission, in whole or in part, in all media now known or later developed, for standard marketing purposes.This permission includes publication in communication channels (websites, social media, print and online publications, newsletters), publicity and promotions, fundraising, educational programming and publications.
  5. Visit North Central Massachusetts has the right to remove any event after review for any reason (including, but not limited to, obscenity, contains personal attacks or expletives, or is otherwise abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, and/or false) without explanation. You have the ability to appeal a decision to remove by emailing us at info@visitnorthcentral.com.
  6. You are solely responsible for your submission and any consequences of submitting it. Visit North Central Massachusetts shall not be responsible or liable for any breach of these terms and conditions by you, claims by a third party that your submission violates the third party’s rights, or claims by you that a third party is misusing your submission.
