Winter Wine Dinner

Join us with friends new and old in Hardwick Winery’s timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.
Dinner Menu:
Course 1: Personal Charcuterie paired with Baystate Blueberry Wine
Course 2: Fresh Herb Panzanella Salad paired with Prescott Pear Wine
Course 3: Scallops in a Sherry Cream Sauce paired with Reservoir White Wine
Course 4: Fig, Goat Cheese, & Pistachio Stuffed Chicken over Mediterranean Rice paired with Reservoir Rose’
Course 5: Peanut Butter Cup Mousse paired with Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Wine
This event starts promptly at 6:00. You may arrive early for a pre-event glass of wine if you wish. This is a 21+ event.
