Relaxing Yoga Flow with Emma

Start your morning with a relaxing yoga flow. Our practice will incorporate synchronization of breath and mindful movement, while we explore postures to build strength, balance, stability and to find peace within our morning.
Weather permitting, class is held outdoors. Please dress in layers and bring water, and a towel to lay underneath your mat.
