Music

Starting at 9pm, it’s NEW YEAR’S EVE with NRBQ at the Bull Run Restaurant. Ring in the New Year with “the Q”. If anything embodies the spirit of rock ā€˜nā€™ roll, this music does.ā€ It’s been an amazing 47 year run for NRBQ, perhaps the most beloved cult band in America. And though Terry Adams, visionary, driving force and “untamed genius of the keyboards,” is the only remaining founding member, “the Q” remain true to the long standing spirit of the original band. The quirks, the drive, the perfect-pop sensibility and cooing ballads, the nods to space-jazz, serious blues, real country and rockabilly, the good-time-music vibe – it all still there.
