The Cocoanut Grove Fire

Fort Devens Museum, 94 Jackson Road, Devens, Historian Bob Begin returns to the Fort Devens Museum with an illustrated program of the devastating November 1942 fire at the Cocoanut Grove, a popular nightspot in Boston. Several soldiers from Fort Devens perished in the fire as well as the daughter of one of the higher ranking officers on post. Visit fortdevensmusuem.org.
