Join curator and collector Yana Veselova for a presentation on her new exhibition Giselle.

Giselle: A Dance of Love and Betrayal features original photographs, historical documents, and costume pieces on loan from Yana Veselova.
2:00 – 3:30 pm Piano Concert
90 minutes with 10-minute intermission
Seating limited to 70, first-come, first-served, light refreshments will be served before and after the performance.
Pianist Ekaterina Willewald presents her program “Ballet Russes” to accompany the exhibition, Giselle. Suites by Tchaikovsky, Borodin, and Prokofiev will be included. Before each piece, Ekaterina will briefly explain the historical context in which these pieces were created, including events in the composers’ lives and their countries. The audience will hear what inspired the composers and learn about the deep connections between music, literature, painting, and architecture of the time.
